Technical SupportIt has come to our attention that some hotels are having issues logging into the system to post new job offerings. After carefully researching the issue we have agreed that these technical notes should asssit in resolving the problem.
1. Click on Tools > Internet Options as shown in the image below
2. A window will pop up as shown below. Click on the Tab marked "Privacy. Then click on the Advanced button
3. A window will pop up as shown below. Click on Override automatic cookie handling. Make sure that both 1st party and third party cookies are accepted. Verify that Always allow session cookies is also checked off.
4. Select ok on both screens. 5. Log back into hoteljobhotline.com verify that the system is now working properly. If issues are still not resolved please send an email to us regarding the situation with the following information: Username / Password as well as the browser you are using, version of browser and where you are encountering the issue.
